COLAB Sessions
Un formato de trabajo grupal para equipos y comunidades que atraviesan la misma transición. Estructurado, con tiempo definido, y construido alrededor de problemas reales. Te vas con decisiones tomadas y próximos pasos claros.
SOLO Sessions
Uno a uno. Traés el problema, lo trabajamos juntos. Una sesión de diagnóstico para entender dónde estás, seguida de un sprint de cuatro semanas para construir lo que realmente necesitás.
Esto no es un informe. Es un sistema funcionando.
